Description
A simple and delicious yogurt parfait layered with sweet honey, ripe banana, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy dessert.

- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Put 250 g of Greek yogurt into a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir the yogurt briefly to make it smooth.
- Add 2 tablespoons of liquid honey to the yogurt.
- Mix everything well until the honey is evenly distributed.
- Slice a ripe banana into thin slices.
- Gently add the banana slices to the yogurt mixture.
- Roughly chop 30 g of walnuts.
- Roast the walnuts briefly over medium heat without oil for 3-4 minutes, if desired.
- Add the chopped walnuts to the mixture.
- Gently stir everything together so as not to mash the bananas.
- Place the finished mixture into a nice bowl or onto a plate.
- If desired, add another pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

- Store yogurt in the refrigerator.
- Reheating is not necessary, enjoy cold.
